What does the OUTDOOR DESTIONATION OF THE YEAR 2015 offer during the winter? Also here in Mäntyharju we are still waiting for the permanent snow, but we strongly believe that soon the forests are covered with beautiful, white snow.
Mäntyharjussa ladut on suunniteltu niin, että ne sopivat nimenomaan kuntohiihtoon. Kaksisuuntaisilla osuuksilla luistelu- ja perinteinen latu kulkevat rinta rinnan. Ladut ovat turvallisia sillä ne ovat leveitä ja näkyvyys on hyvä. Reittien varrella on Sammalisen kota sekä Lustigin mehuasema. Maisemallisesti ladut on tehty maastoihin, joissa on mahdollisimman paljon järvi- sekä lampinäkymiä.
The cross-country ski trails in Mäntyharju have been designed especially for recreational skiing. The trails are wide and offer good forward visibility, making them particularly safe. In many sections there is room for skating and traditional techniques side by side. The trails are also very scenic and have been laid out in such a way as to offer as many views to the lakes as possible.
Mäntyharjun valaistu luistelukenttä pukukoppeineen sijaitsee noin kilometrin päässä meistä :) Nauti ulkona luistelusta!
A lighted skating rink and changing rooms can be found around one kilometer from us - enjoy skating outdoor :)
Meillä voit kelien suosiessa myös retkiluistella, reitti lähtee muutaman sadan metrin päässä Pinuksesta, tottakai voit kokeilla sydäntalvella myös jäähiihtoa sekä rentouttavaa pilkkimistä.
You can also try in Mäntyharju tour skating when the weather is right type for it, the trail starts only couple of hundred of meters from us. Of course you can try ice skiing and ice fishing among others :)
Niinkuin näette, Mäntyharjussa riittää tekemistä myös talvella! Eikö olisikin ihanaa viettää vapaa viikonloppu Mäntyharjussa luonnon ja urheilun kera. Meidän ihanassa puutalossa majoittuessa ja hyvän aamupalan kera viikonlopusta tulisi varmasti mieluisa :) Tervetuloa!
